Using Sojern’s Pay on the Stay, Sojern runs multichannel marketing on Brisas Group’s behalf across display advertising. The Brisas team started working with Sojern on one property back in 2016, Nizuc, their most high-end luxury property. After seeing success, they expanded the partnership to their entire portfolio. With Pay on the Stay, Brisas Group promotes their hotel properties to travelers searching for accommodation in the cities in which they are based. All bookings are driven to the hotel’s booking page, so Brisas Group owns the final booking and the customer relationship.
