CEO, Mexican Caribbean Tourism Board

Andrés Martínez is the CEO of the Mexican Caribbean Tourism Board, where he drives initiatives to increase the region's global tourism presence. With more than 16 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, including roles at Grupo Palace Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels, Interjet, and Grupo Xcaret, Andres has honed his expertise in destination marketing. His focus on destination development and marketing ensures that the Mexican Caribbean / Quintana Roo remains a top choice for international travelers.

Michelle Fridman

Minister of Tourism, Jalisco

With a strong background in tourism policy and marketing, she leads the state's tourism strategy, focusing on attracting international travelers and highlighting Jalisco's cultural and natural attractions. Michelle is responsible for a comprehensive, cross-cutting strategy that includes strengthening the state's tourism infrastructure (which ranks third in Mexico in terms of its contribution to tourism GDP), improving metrics, attracting major events, and continuing to position Jalisco on the international stage.

Rodrigo Esponda

CEO, Los Cabos Tourism Trust

Rodrigo Esponda is an internationally recognized tourism leader with over 20 years of experience in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Since 2016, he has served as CEO of the Los Cabos Tourism Trust (FITURCA), driving marketing and branding initiatives that have positioned Los Cabos as a premier destination. Previously, he held key roles at the Mexican Tourism Promotion Council (CPTM) in North America, strengthening Mexico’s presence in key markets. His leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the Excellence in Leadership 2023 at the Wave Awards.
